"I have a new top three," said Antonio Marsh from Prichard-Blount, Ala. "They are Auburn, LSU and Ole Miss. I don't have Alabama as one of my favorites anymore. I don't have an overall leader.
"I thought about Alabama. They have a lot of people there. For me to go there I would be behind a lot of good players. I would like to work, but would like to go somewhere better for me to get playing time."
Marsh is looking to compete at the highest level, but new challenges can become intimidating. He holds scholarship offers from South Alabama and Grambling State, and he talked more about his new favorite schools.
Auburn: "I like them because one of my old teammates, Jonathan Evans, is up there. He has told me about the school. He told me if I come up there it would be better for me. He can teach me the stuff he had to go through. He could help me out a lot. I like the environment and how their defense is run."
LSU: "I like the atmosphere. I like the intensity when they are on the field. When I was at their spring game it was intense. The coaches were happy to see me when I was there. They said they were going to get in touch with me. They said I have gotten bigger and improved a lot since last year."
Ole Miss: "Ole Miss has been a school I would like to attend. I just wanted to put them in the top three."
Marsh does not have any other visits planned at this time with spring training starting at Blount in two weeks.
