Elite Prospect Football Combine

The De’Vinner Foundation will host A Elite Prospect Football Combine for grades 8th through rising seniors Saturday, May 8, 2010, from 8am to 1:30pm at Cane Ridge High School Football Facility in Antioch, Tennessee.

“I want these athletes the opportunity to have fun, and gain the opportunity for exposure from college recruiters they wouldn’t normally have," says De’Vinner, a former UAB BLAZER Football Star."

"This will be a Nike Sparq rating combine covered by Scout.com who covers high school football across the United States. This is a great opportunity to get a jump on college recruiting.

"John Patton who is certified Nike Sparq Trainer will induct the testing. The testing will include the following test 40-yd. dash, pro agility test, vertical, and power ball throw. After the testing is done each player will be broken into individual groups for one-on-ones.

"Other former and current NFL players and coaches will be on hand to offer pointers during the one-on-one drill. There will also be a period designated for The NCAA CLEARINGHOUSE covered during the combine.

"Some of the athletes that are schedule to appear are Memphis Central’s Cameron Clear, Memphis East Jovon Robinson and Kevin Green, Memphis East Brian Kimbrow and Robert Fields, Ensworth Antonio Richardson and Keenan Crenshaw, Smyrna Jeremiah Bryson, and Oakland’s Buddy Mitchell.

The cost of the combine is $25.00. Check-in time is 7am.
