Hamm Ready To Go Camping
Jesstin Hamm is going above and beyond to earn his first offer. He has already made several stops at colleges and did his share of combines. Now the 6'2 ½" 180 pound wide receiver is ready to embark on a very hectic camp schedule that he hopes will show the college coaches what they can gain with his ability. "I actually just got done with the Temple one day camp today," said Hamm. "It went great. I really separated myself from the other wide receivers. Wide Receivers Coach Rob Spence said I ran good routes and showed that I had great hands. I am supposed to call them next week to follow up on their evaluation of me. They did say they are only taking one wide receiver so they are going to take their time." Hamm has June and beyond planned out and will be heading somewhere almost every weekend. "Next week I have a junior day at Virginia. Then on June 12th I am going to Wake Forest, June 13th I go to Duke, June 21st I go to Wisconsin, June 26th I go to Connecticut and on July 17th I go to Delaware. I have other schools I may visit on some open dates but obviously I will be very busy this summer." Hamm will keep an open mind over the next few months. "I won't dismiss any opportunity right now. I want to keep an open mind while I am on my visits. I am looking forward to get on some campuses and learn more about the different schools. Several college coaches will be evaluating my senior season so I want to keep all my options open. It is too early to narrow down my list."
