Clark Adds More Offers
Lamonte Clark has been quietly becoming one of the most sought after defensive lineman in the region. In the geographical shadow of some of the big names at the position, Clark also has an impressive offer list and it continues to grow. The 6'3" 287 pounder hasn't finalized his summer camp schedule yet but will be doing that shortly. "I have a few more offers," said Clark. "Marshall, Ohio and Temple have offered me now. Rutgers and Michigan State are on the way. I have talked to Coach Randy Melvin at Rutgers and he sounded confident that an offer was coming my way. Coach Ted Gill from Michigan State said the same thing." Clark is up to six firm offers with Rutgers and Michigan State seemingly ready to add to that list as well. Besides the schools mentioned above, Clark also has offers from New Mexico, Illinois and Kansas State. "I know I will get to some of these schools for camps along with some others that show interest but I haven't made my mind up yet. I have to figure out which ones still." Clark is still wide open to each school and is looking forward to continuing through the recruiting process.
