A report on Auburn's second Big Cat Weekend is featured as the Tigers are bringing in outstanding…
Drew's loving the attention
"The first day college coaches were allowed out, the University of Georgia brought down a gang, I think it is safe to say a gang because they brought down seven coaches, the most they were allowed to bring. Florida State brought down four that day and the following day is when Georgia Tech came down," said Ray Drew. "It kind of fell off there for a while (because of him being involved in track), then I had some more people come in, USC, Notre Dame, LSU, and some other schools." Once Drew returned from track, Auburn showed up with two coaches, Illinois, Clemson, and Florida State his first day at spring practice. On the day of his spring game, Georgia's Mike Bobo hung around Thomas County Central all day and Tracy Rocker from Auburn watched first part of the scrimmage. The 6-foot-5, 250 pound defensive end out of Thomas County Central is enjoying the attention and having too much fun with the process to slow things down now. He is not planning to announce any type of list at any time as of right now. "In the coming months, hopefully by mid-season or the end of the season when it comes time for official visits, hopefully I will I will have things narrowed down. I am probably going to do that within the household and not come out publicly and say anything." He will likely call college coaches though and let them in on who he is still looking at when that time comes. He wants to keep the public guessing though. He plans to take his secret with him all the way to signing day. "This is the way I see it," said the four-star end, "this is one of the only times in my life that I will be this popular and I want to take everything that is coming to me as far as the official visits, the trips on campus, and let them love me up a little bit." "I'm going to play this out to the end." Drew has much more than what you have read to say in this one on one interview with Scout and you can get a chance to see if you can get a read this top five prospect in Georgia.
