The second session of Oklahoma's three-day football camp paid dividends in a big way as the Sooners were able to first secure a commitment from Euless Trinity star Brandon Carter.
Now it is mammoth offensive lineman Dylan Dismuke who has pulled the trigger on a commitment to the Sooners.
He was overheard talking about his decision to join the Sooner Nation during the camp.
The 6-foot-6, 295-pounder entered the camp already holding an offer from the Sooners and admittedly grew up a lifelong fan of the program.
It seemed at one point in the process he was going to move past OU, but a spring offer after a practice evaluation by OU OL Coach James Patton opened the doors back up.
Dismuke, who was also one of the underclassmen standouts at the OU camp on year ago, is currently rated as a three-star offensive tackle prospect by Scout.com.
Duncan High safety prospect Dominique Petties also holds an offer from the Sooners, but he did not make it in for a camp session to date.
Sooners Illustrated will have more with Dismuke later after he cools down from camp.
