A look at part of Glendale Community College's 2010 recruiting class
Kevin Yost
- QB from Mountain Ridge - Yost started 12 games in 2009 and was solid. He passed for 1,073 yards and 9 TDs versus just 4 INTs. He also scored twice on the ground.

John Hughes
- RB from Centennial - The former 5A player of the year signed with
Southern Illinois
but did not qualify. He had a good freshman year for the Gauchos rushing for 344 yards and 3 TDs and added another score through the air and was the main return man in 2009.

Josue Howerton
- OT from Willow Canyon - The 6-4 295 pounder is up 70 pounds since showing up at Glendale. He started half the year at right tackle and missed the other half with a broken finger.

has shown interest.

Justin Miller
- OG from Moon Valley - The 6-1 255 pounder is up 30 pounds since high school. The scrappy player started two games in 2009 and was the first man off the bench. Baker University has shown interest.

Pete Niggemann
- OG from Chaparral - Is up 20 pounds from high school, now measuring in at 6-2 320. Started 11 games at left guard for the Gauchos in 2009.

- DE from Apache Junction - Has grown to 6-3 215, up nearly 30 pounds since his senior year in high school. Led the WSFL in sacks in 2009 with 10. Has offers from South Dakota State,

- LB from Ironwood Ridge - The 6-1 225 pounder had a good freshman year, recording 47 tackles and 2 sacks. He was offered by
Minnesota
and committed but at the last minute the Gophers found out he was not a qualifier and he was forced to come back to GCC and play his sophomore year.

- LB from Marcos de Niza - Rose committed to
Arizona State
out of high school but didn't qualify. He started half the year for the Gauchos, recording 37 tackles, 2 TFLs and 1 INT.
