Edina (Minn.) wide receiver Devin Crawford-Tufts recently received his first offer, a Big Ten one at that. Scout.com takes a look at his film here to see why he's a rising name.

Crawford-Tufts is a long, lean kid. He has good height, with the frame to add more weight, although he is on the thin side at the moment. He's a track kid with good speed and acceleration and shows the ability to not only get separation, but make plays after the catch. For a taller kid, he has pretty good hips, and can make people miss. He does show the athleticism and timing to go up and make grabs in traffic. He will need to add strength and refine his route running, but he has the base size and athleticism to project well to the college level.
