The recruiting trail is hot right now and Warhawk Nation has the jump on two more commitments for…
Cody Robinson holds two
"I have two offers right now," said Cody Robinson. "They are both from D-II schools. They are from Harding and Ouachita Baptist. Arkansas is showing a lot of interest as well. "I am going to the Arkansas prospect camp this weekend. They said they were impressed with me at the first camp, but want to see me again. Ole Miss wants me to come to their camp, but I'll be on vacation then." Robinson has one school at the top and is hoping for an offer. "I really want to go to Arkansas," he said. "I grew up rooting for someone else, but I grew up and my family members like them. It's close to home. I like the fans. The campus is good, and the coaches are nice. "I have talked to coach Horton quite a bit. When I was there I talked to coach Petrino. He liked how versatile I was. They want to see how fast I am. I am going to try to do better than I did the last time." The 6-foot-2, 195-pound prospect plays on both sides of the ball, but expects to play defense on the next level. "I am being recruited as a safety," Robinson said. "I have been a starter since 10th grade. I am used to the game. I read plays well. I go both ways and know what is going on. I can catch and break on the ball. My footwork is good. I am not as fast as other recruits, but I think I read plays well and take the right angles."
