Alabama QB has two on his mind

One might wonder why the 6' 7", signal caller out of Gardendale (AL) has not received the number of scholarship offers that match his seem-to-be talents on the field. Dallas Tidwell has a reasonable explanation. To learn more, click below.
"I did not start my sophomore year and most QB's get their offers off of their sophomore year," added
Dallas Tidwell
. "I had an All-State QB ahead of me. I guess they want to see me win a lot of games this year."
Tidwell did get to camp at a few colleges this summer to showcase his skills.
I went to the Alabama camp, Ole Miss twice, Tennessee, MSU, and Troy.
Ole Miss' new offensive coordinator, Dave Rader, coached Dallas's head coach at Tulsa.
"My coach tells me to listen to Coach Rader because I can trust him and that he is a good person. They are really good friend. Right now, Coach Rader is telling me that they are not going to offer me right now. They are debating whether they are are going to take two quarterbacks or not. Right now, they are only taking one and they have one committed (in
Maikhail Miller
). If they end up taking two, they said I am under serious consideration for that second spot."
Troy actually offered Dallas after his performance at their camp.
"I liked everything about Troy. I know I said the same thing about Ole Miss but it gave me that homey feeling at Troy. It is close to home, like two hours away, so that is also nice. I like the coaches. That is for sure. The guy recruiting me is real cool and their head coach is really cool."
What did Alabama say?
"I have not really heard from them that much since I left the camp. Coach Mac said I had a lot of good qualities, but we didn't get into it too much about the scholarship situation."
Tennessee committed another QB shortly after Dallas attended their camp.
"
Justin Worley
and I were at their camp together, and he committed to them right after the camp. They were looking at me real hard before he committed though. They are filled up now."
Dallas does not have a time-frame on a decision.
