Danville (Calif.) Monte Vista offensive lineman Jacob Welter, a three-star prospect by Scout.com, is headed to the MAC.
"Jacob committed to the University of Ohio," said his mother, Louise.
The three-star Welter is a member of the California 100 for the Class of 2011 by Scout.com.
He was an all-state underclass selection in 2009 as a junior.
