Florida WR is rock solid
Dante Campbell emerged as a BCS caliber prospect this past spring and he committed to West Virginia over the summer. He talked about how it went down. "I took an unofficial to West Virginia. I committed on the spot, they caught my attention that much. I like the campus and coaching staff. We were talking about early playing time when I was there." With that commitment, Campbell says no other schools are in the mix still. "I am 100 percent committed to West Virginia," he said. "I am originally from Pittsburgh so my family is really close and they think it is a good place. I just took the visit, they showed me the fields and locker-room. I am taking an official in the next couple months to the USF and West Virginia game, it is going to be a good game." Campbell, 6-foot-4 and 195 pounds, held several other offers at the time of his commitment. "I have offers from FAU, FIU, Bowing Green, Washington State, and Colorado State," he said. "I was looking for good coaches and good academics." Campbell, who claims a 2.8 GPA and a 17 ACT score, talked about his goals for this season. "I just want my team to make it to the playoffs and go far. I want to be ranked in the state."
