Muse Working With the Cards In Hand

Sugar Land Dulles WR London Muse

For some time now, Sugar Land Dulles athlete London Muse has had a few Division I offers in hand. But as the 2010 season is around the corner, that seems to be the primary focus of Muse. With that said, where do things stand with recruiting and what does he look to do next? Check out this Scout.com update for the latest on Muse.

As the 2010 season gets going, Sugar Land (TX) Dulles wide receiver London Muse is mainly concerned with getting the Vikings team into the playoffs. Really, not much outside of that has occupied his time.

Sure, the 5-foot-11, 170-pound Muse wants to play ball on the college level and has three Division I offers in hand, but with that said, he is good with that. Not saying that he is not open to more, but he is basically working with what he has.

"Right now, I just want to see us be a playoff team. I know that we can work hard and make it happen," Muse said. "As for recruiting, I'm not really looking for anything. I am open to more (offers), but I will work with what I have."

And what Muse has is offers from Wyoming, New Mexico and Utah State. Aside from that, he is getting strong attention from Louisiana Tech.

"It's all about what I have. I'll play my best this season and see what happens," Muse said. "I look to visit Wyoming and Utah State. I'll see is La Tech comes around and I'll try and visit there too."

This state of mind is not regular amongst Division I level athletes, but Muse has no problem being the different one of the bunch. But what he does want, more than anything, is for his team to play more than 11 games in 2010.

"I want to do what I can for the team. I think that this year I may be getting a few more touches," Muse said. "I have worked with my team this summer to get prepared for this season. I'm ready to get out there and go to work."
