Ely talks Alabama

TAMPA, Fla. – Alabama is known for taking quarterbacks like Phillip Ely and turning them into stars. Ely is a winner, a game manager, and a leader. He surprised many with his decision last week and he talks about the Tide here.

Phillip Ely became part of the Alabama class of 2011 last week and Scout was there for the announcement. Shortly after the ceremony, Ely talked with Scout about his decision and he goes in-depth about when the Tide offered, when he made his decision, why he picked them over 20 other schools, and more in this interview.
