Jeremy Simmons profile
Both Southern Miss and Ole Miss have been in touch with the talented offensive lineman. The Golden Eagles and Rebels began gathering information on Jeremy this past spring.
Simmons is waiting on his first offers to arrive, but he has a good idea about what type of program he is looking for.
"I want to play for a program that has a winning tradition," said Jeremy. "I want to be part of a team that is going to get after it for four quarters and an overtime when we get out on that field."
When asked for a scouting report on himself Simmons said, "I feel like I am pretty good at both passing blocking and run blocking. I am just trying to get better at everything."
After signing with Troy, Clay County offensive lineman Jeremy Simmons found himself on the scenic route to D1 football. Now at Hinds Community College, Jeremy is once again getting looks from college scouts. As the season approaches, Simmons will be a name to remember.
