ARLINGTON, Texas -- Scout.com will be out in full force at the Kirk Herbstreit Varsity Football Series on Monday covering an event that will feature some of the top teams in the country as well as about 50 D1 recruits.

Note: All four games will be broadcast LIVE on FoxSports Southwest.

Euless Trinity (1-0) Vs. Shiloh Christian (1-0)

In the first game of the series you will have the top ranked team and the defending State Champions from Texas (Trinity) taking on the top ranked team and the defending State Champions from Arkansas (Shiloh) in a battle of super powers. Will a stout Euless Trinity defense led by Baylor commit Suleiman Masumbuko and SMU commit Jonathan Yenga be able to slow the high powered offense of Auburn commit Kiehl Frazier?

Prospects to Watch:

Trinity:
Brandon Carter - WR
Johnathan Yenga - LB
Brian Nance - LB
Suleiman Masumbuko - DT

Shiloh:
Kiehl Frazier - QB
Travis Bodenstein - OL
Samuel Harvill - DT

Dallas Skyline (0-1) Vs. St. Thomas Aquinas (0-0)

There will be a plethora of top talents on the field for this one as each team features about 10 division one recruits on the roster. After making a run at the title one year ago Skyline struggled offensively in week one, but look to rebound in the nationally televised game. St. Thomas Aquinas has yet to play a game, but they are known to be a well disciplined team with one of the most impressive defensive backfields in the country.

Prospects to Watch:

St. Thomas Aquinas:
Marcus Roberson - DB
Bobby Hart - OL
Rashad Greene - WR
Jake Rudock - QB
Phillip Dorsett - WR
Khambrel Garland - DB
Johnnie Joseph - DB
Ken Hankerson - LB
Jelani Hamilton - DE

Skyline:
Anthony Wallace - LB
Frank Shannon - S
Mike Moore – DE/OLB
Will Barrows - DB
Trey Raybon - WR
Marlon Brown - OL
Nigel Robertson - LB
Peter Jinkens - LB
Marquel Bryant - DE
Paul Dawson - WR
Devante Kincaid - QB

Denton Guyer (1-0) Vs. Cedar Hill (0-1)

The first in-state match-up may end up being the game of the day. Guyer is looking like a legitimate title contender with one of the most prolific offense in the state led by Oklahoma State commit J.W. Walsh. Cedar Hill had a rare regular season slip up in week one when they fell to the hands of Allen. But Longhorns head coach Joey McGuire is one of the best in the game and will have his team ready to go on Monday.

Prospects to Watch:

Cedar Hill:
Lovett Gibson - WR
Driphus Jackson - QB

Denton Guyer:
J.W. Walsh - QB
Josh Stewart - DB
Quentin Gardner - WR
Jimmy Bean - DE
Connor Crane - WR

Arlington Bowie (1-0) Vs. DeSoto (1-0)

Bowie got out of the gate with a quick start and racked up 445 offensive yards on their way to a ‘zero week’ win. Most of their yards came on a tough rushing attack led by 2012 standout Russell Hansbrough. DeSoto is also an offensive powerhouse that hung 56 on Leander in ‘zero week’, but most of the offense was through the air, powered by Ryan Polite, who is easily one of the most efficient passers in Texas. It will be interesting to see which style wins out in the nightcap.

Prospects to Watch:

DeSoto:
Ryan Polite - QB
Marcus Hutchins - OL
Curtis Riser - OL
Michael Richardson - OL
Cameron White - WR
David Porter - WR
Austin Vincent - WR
Alexander Lyons - LB
Devin Rushing - RB
Antoine Jimmerson - RB

Arlington Bowie:
Russell Hansbrough - RB
Robert Jenkins - DB
Michael Amaefula - DE
Quentin Sargent - DB
Kyrian Batiste - DT
