It was an event that almost never happened. The UA / Scout.com Combine series was coming to a close and it appeared that the actual city of Atlanta was going to have to wait until next year. Alas, the powers that be decided to have one at the Georgia Dome and excitement was in the air. Everybody knows the level of talent not just in the state itself, but in surrounding states as well.
