		By Steve Robertson Scout.com Date: Jul 25, 2008 Chad Bumphis has collected double digit scholarship offers since November of last year. He was one of a handful of juniors that were named to the 2007 All-State team in his home state of Mississippi. Recently Bumphis achieved a long time goal of being selected by the state's largest newspaper, the Clarion Ledger, as a member of the prestigious Dandy Dozen.
