Kevin Thomas is currently the top rated defensive back from the West Coast. Thomas, 6-0 and 172 pounds, is a four-star cornerback from Oxnard (Calif.) Rio Mesa High School. Thomas had 21 receptions for 481 yards and one touchdown on offense as a junior. On defense, had 68 tackles, three interceptions, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery.
