Slick Shelley is one of the top wide receiver prospects from the Southeast region. Shelley, 6-4 and 180 pounds, has caught 118 passes for 1,892 yards and 31 touchdowns over the last two years. Last season he also averaged 29.1 yards per kick return. Shelley, from Fort Smith (Ark.) Southside High School, is a four-star recruit.
