PICKERINGTON (OHIO) -- In a big year for offensive lineman in the East, it is tough to earn a spot on the U.S. Army All-American Bowl squad. However, Justin Boren from Pickerington North in Ohio did just that.

The classic East vs. West match-up will be played and televised live on NBC January 7th at 12:00 p.m. (CST) and will feature the top 78 prep football student-athletes in the country.

Justin Boren is the number eight ranked offensive lineman in the country by Scout.com. He is a member of the National Hot 100 as well as the Midwest Hot 100. At 6-3, 315 pounds, brings great strength to the offensive line and some great intelligence reading stunts well.

"Boren plays tackle in high school but will move inside and play guard at the next level. Justin is a relentless road-grader looking for the knock-out punch on every play. He's physical at the point of contact but also athletic enough to get the 2nd and 3rd levels. Very good in space," says Chris Pool of Scout.com.

Boren plans to follow in his fathers footsteps and has already committed to Michigan.
