Brown has climbed the lists of scouts and colleges across the country after a stellar junior season. He finished up with 158 tackles, eight sacks and one interception. "He is an exciting defensive player to watch and a quality young man. As the premier defensive player in the nation, we are thrilled to announce Arthur as a U.S. Army All-American. We are confident he will follow in the footsteps and tradition of U.S. Army Alumni Reggie Bush, Vince Young, Tommie Harris, Derrick Johnson, Adrian Peterson and Chris Leak," said McGuinness."
