In front of a home-town crowd Chris Harper announced that he was going to sign a letter of intent with the Kansas State Wildcats as the crowd erupted with applause. Scout.com was on hand to cover the event and provides pictures, press conference video, and a video interview to show how it all went down. Scout.com four-star prospect Chris Harper, a 6-foot-2, 220-pound quarterback from Northwest High in Wichita, Kan., narrowed it down to Kansas State, Oregon, and Illinois just prior to his announcement, but in the end it was the home-state Wildcats that came out on top.
