Logan (Utah) quarterback Jeff Manning led his team to a 3A state championship in 2007 and he's hoping that a big spring catches the eyes of recruiters. Manning talked to Scout.com at the Badger/New Level Pass Camp last weekend, where he was one of the standout passers... Logan (Utah) quarterback Jeff Manning may be the Beehive State's top passer in the class of 2009. After leading Logan to the state title in 2007, Manning is looking to capitalize and have a strong spring in hopes of landing his first offer. We caught up with Manning after the Badger/New Level Pass Camp in Las Vegas last weekend.
