Skyline (Wash.) receiver Kasen Williams may only be a freshman but his skills are mature beyond their years. Williams starred at the Badger/New Level Pass Camp last month and he talked with us about the very early stages of his recruitment... Kasen Williams, the elite 2011 receiver from Skyline HS (Wash.), has already received verbal offers from Washington and UCLA.
