Danville (Calif.) San Ramon Valley quarterback Joe Southwick was one of the leading passers in the West in 2007 and he's seen here in action during his junior season... One of the premier passers on the West Coast in the class of 2009 is Danville (Calif.) San Ramon Valley's Joe Southwick. The strong-armed righty threw for 3,165 yards on a 63% completion rate, threw 35 touchdowns and ran for three of them in leading San Ramon Valley to the CIF-NCS 3A and Section title.
