The Maryland Terrapins have had pretty good luck recruiting quarterbacks from Pennsylvania. Jordan Steffy is the most recent success story and C.J. Brown hopes to follow suit.

Cranberry Township (Pa.) Seneca Valley quarterback C.J. Brown turned down an offer from Virginia and heavy interest from the hometown Pittsburgh Panthers in order to commit to the Maryland Terrapins.

In these highlights you can get a glimpse of the strength of Brown and his size 6-foot-3 and 200-pounds. He is also pretty nimble on his feet, as you see him evading the rush multiple times. He throws very well on the run.

One area that we'd like to see Brown improve on is his release. He has a slight hitch that some coaches would probably like to correct, but it works for him.
