Scout.com > Football Recruiting Sutton Banking on 2008 Story URL: http://recruiting.scout.com/2/783469.html Matt Alkire SuperPrep.com Aug 26, 2008 Springfield, Pa., is home to one of the best programs in Eastern Pennsylvania in Cardinal O’Hara High School and this year they have a number of talented offensive weapons including Tom Savage, Corey Brown, Mikal Rone, Major Everett, Bob Royal and finally, Christian Sutton. The most competition however will be at receiver between Sutton, Rone and Royal. Cardinal O’Hara High School wide receiver Christian Sutton was invited to a few camps this summer, but was unable to make the majority of them due to a minor injury that plagued him for a good portion of the summer. He kept us up to date this weekend with an email on his recruiting efforts. “So far one Division I-AA program has been showing me significant interest in Robert Morris,” Sutton explained. “They have invited me to attend a home game sometime this season. It will depend on my football schedule as to what game I will attend.” “I wasn’t able to attend some of the other senior camps I was invited to like Miami (OH), Georgetown and Temple to name a few because I had a groin injury this summer.
