Granite Bay (Calif.) linebacker is one of the anchors of his squad's top-ranked defense and he's seen here in action from the season and from the camp circuit... Granite Bay is one of the top programs in Northern California, standing at 6-0 in 2008. One of the key cogs of their defense is linebacker Erik Akre. Through 15 quarters (Granite Bay has outscored opponents 252-38, giving the starters few minutes), Akre has 37 tackles. Here are clips of Akre from the season as well as from the summer camp circuit.
