Temecula Valley (Calif.) quarterback Andrew Pulsipher had a good offseason and he's played well to start the 2008 season, where he's seen here in highlights... Temecula Valley (Calif.) quarterback Andrew Pulsipher, is one of the more underrated quarterbacks in the Southland. As a junior, Pulsipher threw for 1,197 yards on 95-of-188 passing with 10 touchdowns and was named Team Captain and Student of the Year. This fall, he's throwing for 177 yards a game and has thrown seven touchdown passes. Here are clips of Pulsipher in action.
