One of the catalysts of the defense for Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde is safety Richard Spencer. The three-star safety has helped the Mustangs to a 9-0 record, with 21 tackles, two sacks, two fumble recoveries and an interception. He's also scored a touchdown for RV. Spencer owns a handful of offers and he's seen here in action during the 2008 season.
