If you are a follower of Philly football, read on to see our opinion. While we are about college recruiting at Scout.com it is fun to sit back and just enjoy the game of high school football just like everyone else. From travelling around the city this year we put together a collection of players that we feel were the best performers at their positions for our first annual All-Philly Team. Our selections were based on production this season, not pure talent or potential.
