Washington State had previously offered Franco and this week, New Mexico State joined the mix, as did two I-AA program.

"Coach (DeWayne) Walker from New Mexico State called and offered him," said his father, Bob. "UC Davis and Cal Poly have also offered."

This weekend, Franco will be taking his first official visit.

"He will be on an official visit to UCLA," said Franco. "I know Coach (Chuck) Bullough really likes him."

Franco was named a Third Team All-State pick by GoldenStatePreps.com and a First Team All-Southern California pick as well.
