Columbus, N.J., native Thaddeus Richards is hearing from programs on both levels of Division I football and the Northern Burlington High School athlete is hoping to nail down his first offer as soon as possible.
“Everything is going pretty good right now,” Richards said. “I’m just setting up where I’m going to camp this summer at this point. My first camp will be Syracuse on June 7th and then I plan on going to Temple, possibly Purdue and I might hit up a few I-AA schools like Villanova, JMU or some others. We also might find our way down to Vanderbilt this summer.”
”The schools showing me the most interest are probably Syracuse and Temple to this point as they’re both coming by my school and keeping in touch,” Richards explained. “Temple really seems like a program on the rise and did well in the MAC this season and they’re also close to home. I went to camp at Syracuse last year and have talked to the new staff and they seem a lot different then before and I like that a lot.”
Thaddeus Richards has been running track this season and is competing in the 100, 200 and 400-meter individual. His best times are 50.0 in the 400, 22.7 in the 200 and an 11.0 in the 100-meter.
