SoCal OL Makes Decision

OL Chilo Rachal		By Greg Biggins Date: May 30, 2003 Compton (Calif.) Dominguez two way lineman Chilo Rachal has wrestled with the idea of making an early commitment for the past couple of months. The last time we talked with him, he said he was set on going through the process and taking his trips. That was until he got an offer he couldn't refuse and pulled the trigger at school yesterday.
