		By Josh Clark Big 12 Recruiting Analyst Date: Jul 31, 2003 Michael Tate received good news this past weekend in receiving his fourth scholarship offer. It also marked his second in-state offer. Does this now increase the chances of playing in his home state or does he have his sights still set on another school?
