Is Quinn Ready to Make a Decision?

Richard Quinn, like every other prospect, has gone back and forth on the timetable of making a decision. After all, he could elect to make an early decision after gaining so much knowledge on the programs of Pitt, North Carolina, and Akron. Although, he still has temptation to visit Iowa, and possibly await to garner offers from Michigan State and West Virginia. So will Quinn be decided by the time the season rolls around?
