Everyone knows about Mill Creek (Wash.) Jackson wide receiver Craig Chambers who could be the top player in the Northwest next year. In addition to Chambers, there’s another Div I prospect at Jackson in Richy Mulcahy who will be one of the top lineman in the state next season.
