DB Clifton Smith		By Greg Biggins Date: Mar 14, 2002 As a mere sophomore at the Nike Camp in Palo Alto last year, Fresno (Calif.) Edison defensive back Clifton Smith was hands down the top cornerback of the day and was locking up every wide receiver he went up against. He then backed it up with a huge junior season and is one of the top players on the West Coast right now.
