QB Isiah Williams		By Chris Pool Midwest Recruiting Analyst Date: Nov 1, 2005 Isiah Williams, the No. 9 prospect, in the Midwest, according to Scout.com, gave Illinois his verbal commitment during the summer. The Fighting Illini has had a rough go of it this year both on and now off the field. Williams talks about Illinois and also the schools that he still plans on visiting before signing day.
