LB Kevin Rouse		By Chris Pool Midwest Recruiting Analyst Date: Jan 25, 2006 Kevin Rouse, a 6-foot-1, 220-pound, linebacker, from Catholic High in Joliet, Ill., is one of the top junior prospects in the Midwest. Rouse ran a 4.65 at the junior combine that was held earlier this month in San Antonio. Rouse preps at one of the most storied programs in the Midwest and he has the tackling ability of former Hilltopper linebacker Chris Jeske (Northwestern) and the speed and power of another former JCA star Mike Goolsby (Notre Dame).
