Penn State Commitment Back from Georgia Tech

		By Andrew Bone Scout.com Date: Oct 30, 2006 Scout.com three-star defensive end Kevion Latham, from Greensboro-Page, (N.C.), gave his verbal commitment to Penn State during the summer, but knew he would take his official visits. Latham visited Georgia Tech this weekend, and he talks about his trip to Atlanta.
