Rice lands its QB Premium Story

When Todd Graham left Rice to take the job at Tulsa he it caused several Rice commitments to look around and decommit. None of the losses stung more for the Owls than losing three star quarterback commit Nathan Dick to Arkansas. However, new coach David Baliff found his man to replace him in Round Rock, Texas quarterback Brent Hotard.
