Texas produces more Division I signees than any other state. Players from the state of Texas tend to commit earlier than anywhere else in the country. Signing day in Texas is boring, its the weeks following signing that are the most interesting in the Lone Star State. Scout.com has been studying up on the top Texas prospects for the class of 2008 and releases an early top 100.
