Doug Rippy		By Greg Powers Scout.com Date: May 18, 2007 Doug Rippy burst on to the recruiting scene in early January after he impressed scouts at the U.S. Army All-American Combine that was held in San Antonio, Texas. After a number of other convincing camp performances he appears to have secured his first two scholarship offers.
