		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: May 20, 2007 Nolan Kearney came out and proved his was the best quarterback in attendance at the Scout.com Combine in Randolph, N.J., this April and has been impressing at other events since that time. He has still yet to receive his first offer and it seems like there may be two factors in the way of that.
