		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Jun 8, 2007 Marlton, N.J., native Lynell Payne sat on two offers from Clemson and Connecticut for what seemed like an eternity, but since then has been on fire in recruiting, picking up five offers in the past few weeks. Cincinnati and Buffalo were the most recent to offer which Payne explained to Scout.com.
