Tubbs Narrows It to Two, Again

		By Steve Robertson Scout.com Date: Jun 25, 2007 Just a few weeks ago Yazoo City wide receiver Ronnie Tubbs was prepared to sign with Indiana State if Miami decided not to offer. The Canes passed, but Tubbs chose to stay on the market for a while longer. Tubbs is down to two schools again, but this time it looks more and more final.
