Lowery Earns Second Offer

		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Jul 17, 2007 Jarel Lowery has been waiting patiently for more offers as he has been told by a number of programs that he has been close for some time now. The Paterson, N.J., native made the trip to Wake Forest this weekend and showed the staff what he could do in person, which is all they needed to pull the trigger and give him his second written offer to date.
