Everyone knows about Darrell Scott, the great running backs in Texas, Devoe Torrence, Jamie Harper and all the other elite backs. Often overlooked are the smaller ball carriers. Here are seven smaller backs that I would love to sign if I were a recruiting coordinator. They all are big time playmakers!
